Cute jeans with a nice t-shirt with maybe a sweater that goes only to your elbows

Here are a couple ideas:
- jeans, fitted button down white shirt, black boots
- jeans, black tank top, fitted jacket or shrug (colorful), penny loafers w/chunky heels
