I have a 2001 GMC Savanna 3500 with a 16 foot box, with roll up rear door. Changes in business have made this truck idle, but it is in very good shape and I wish to keep it around.... however, it would be nice if it helped out a little...If you owned this truck, what would you do with it in order to make a few bucks ???Any good ideas or experiances you are willing to share ??? Thanks...

Put up an ad on your local craigslist.org saying that you'll help with craigslist pickups, deliveries, and purchases (of firewood, furniture, etc.). There is a guy who is doing it in Baltimore and I believe he is getting a lot of business.

SELL IT, as soon as you become attached to your "iron" you begin to create worse problems than not having work. If you need another believe me GMC will be happy to provide you with a leftover at 0% interest. in the mean time strenghten what is working for you.

Hot shot or route delivery, Place ads on sides and rear (keep vehicle clean) . Reassess reason to have it and where yu want to be in five years. There should be plenty of work if companies know you exist. good luck
