Lesse, where to start...
Kerning City is the Urban Region which you will get to be a thief. Go into the place below the cyber cafe then go all the way to the left, climb down the ladder so then you can talk to the dark lord.
WARNING: You must have 25+ dexterity (Dex) to become a thief and be level 10.
If you are Scania, you can try to add SakuraMaxx to your buddy list
