Sadly enough,...no. Not unless you have a five gallon drum of verde salsa. I tell you, I feel your pain, approx. 5 years ago I lost my lil salty sally as we called her and attempted to do just as you mentioned. After several days spent laboring under the massive architecture of a childs form and motion to create that perfect corn chip salty sally, my work was complete. Yet unlike pinnochio, there was no magical cricket who came to sing, and no beautiful blonde fairy who stopped by to animate her (and you can believe me, my boyfriend was watching for that dang fairy). After intensive research and a short day trip to New Orleans I met a Voodoo woman named Phyllis who told me the secret to corn chip ressurection, all the chips after placement must be doused extremely in verde (a.k.a. green) salsa. Most grievously upon my return home I realized sally had fallen stale, and the enchantment would no longer work. So being the lazy s.o.b. that I am, I gave up.

Hope you have better luck,...LMAO

I don't know you, but I rather make a new one in the old traditional way because is harder to lose and a lot funnier to make, perhaps if got lost and someone with a bottle of cheese sauce finds him/her weird ideas won't come out.

Yes. Use cheez whiz for glue: just melt it in the microwave, and then let it harden when the chips are in place.
