My car was running just fine before.
I brought it into Sears to have new tires put on. Over the past few days since I got my tires changed, my back wheels make clicking noises and the wheels do not move as soon as I give it gas... these problems both got worse.

I took it back to Sears and they shrugged their shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do and refused to give me their managers number. Even when I pointed out that there were lug nuts missing from the back tires...

What should I do?

Call corporate and file a formal complaint and tell them you would like to speak and MEET with the manager at the shop where you had them do this. Threaten to sue if the problem is not resolved. Take pictures and send it to them. Tell them that the associates would not give you the manager's phone number. Also, let them know you will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and do it!

The phone numbers for sears are at the sears.com link below. Next is the website where you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Sears is known to be assholes when it comes to returns or any type of compensation. Explain the problem again to the manager and if he remains ignorant, threaten him with a court order or tell him you're going to talk to the district manager. Whatever you do don't let them get away with it.

Talk to the departement and store managers, and keep going up the chain until you get somewhere. If they ignore you, I'd even go as far a filing a lawsuit for the improper work.
