Thongs, but they have to be cotton or you can get infections if they aren't.

I wear a thong and underwear but its not granny panties. I don't really care if its cotton or silk...it depends what its for ;)

I have never worn a thong! I know I'm probably the only one right but something turns me off about them. However, I don't wear granny panties either. I wear cute lowrise undies from Victorias Secret!

What a great place for me to finally make a point that all women really don't understand about men.
There is no such thing as "sexy" granny panties. Nothing irks us more than when a girl would say.... "I don't like wearing thongs but I have some very sexy regular underwear."
ATTENTION ALL LADIES: TRAIN YOUR A$$ TO ACCEPT THE THONG AND/OR G STRING....

I say 'Granny'..though not the huge ones, and cotton because they breathe, occasionally I'll wear a thong, or silk..but cotton is best for everyday.

I prefer more of a brazillian underwear, cross between thong & full brief, more flattering... I say silky, but partly cotton.

I like to wear boy shorts when I work out - for obvious reasons.
I prefer thongs though when I'm out and about doing normal things, plus it doesn't give me "panty lines" when I wear pants.
Cotton for both because it's healthier for you.

Granny, cotton.
Seriously. It's embarrassing to see thongs sticking out of people's pants and if you can't see them then there's no reason to wear them!
Attention thong-wearing-folk: do you really want people focusing on your butt when it's your personality that you want to show off? People think thongs are making a statement that "I'm confident and sexy" but really they just say "I'm not confident without showing off my body."
