The color shirt you wear doesn't only depend on your jeans if they are light colored or not. It also depends on whose wearing it, what ur foundation is and how u look along with the color or fade of jeans. But in general i would say that pink looks pretty good...actualyl and light color shirt or ligh shade of any color except those colors which are meant to be dark (black, brown, etc) will look good on faded Jeans! I always pair lighter jeans and pants with a darker shirt. Lighter colors can add bulk (pounds) so I try to stay away from wearing them all over.
If you have the same concern about looking heavier than what you are, then look for brighter or dark shades in the colors that complement your coloring. Red, burgundy, blue, navy, hunter green, black, etc...
If you don't have that worry, i.e. you are slender, then go for pastels and neutrals to show off your shape, pink, tan, beige, white, etc...
Just wear what looks good with your coloring, and find the styles that add to the image you want to project.

i have some light jeans that are also distressed. You should wear white with a dark cardigan to pop out or a bright one. Then gray, yellow ,the color i wear a lot with them is oatmeal ,or pink.

I suggest orange, maroon, pink, green, or any bright color to go with your jeans. (I LOVE HOLLISTER TOO) For any one of these colored shirts, wear silver flats, it goes with everything! Pair it with a pair of silver earrings (or metallic belt) to complete the look.

If you want to play up the colr of your pants then go for bright shades like fushia, lemon yellow, and grass green. For a more toned down look choose pastel shades like blue, purple, heather grey.
For flats I would recommend a basic color like black or blue with a fun pattern to look in style like ruching (gathers) or flower designs.
