What you do is move the decimal as many places as the exponential.

for 7.050, x 10^-3, you move the decimal to the left 3 places.

for B, you would move the decimal to the right 7 places.

negative exponent means to the left, and positive means to the right.

c)23500 mL the last zero is significant so have a bar over it. i just can't make it here...
