Ok! lets just sayin am between 10 and 15 and weigh 115IBS i need help 2 l;oose weight please help

ok i need 2 lloose weight i am 11 and weigh 115 i am 5'2 please HELP

well my weight is the same and i am about the same age as you......and i don't like my weight and how i look all i can say is that don't go on a DIET....its better to do push ups, sit ups and alot of exercise if you want 2 loose weight but be happy with how you are....

Don't drink soda, fruit drinks or eat junk food in between meals. Don't use more than 1 tea spoon of salt per day. Eat more veggies at meals and for snacking, 6 oz of meat a day like fish, red meat, white meat or chicken. Always eat three meals a day. Walk at least 30 min. a day. Do stretches or any other exercises you like for 10 min a day. If you do this every day you will loose 1 to 2 pounds per week. Remember that you didn't put it on in a few days so it will take a little while. Your body needs good carbs to burn off the bad. After a week of eating healthy you will not crave bad foods as much and after a month you won't miss them at all. You can have one bad food a month but hold it to just one and not a lot of it either. Always use self control, after all its the only thing you really have control of.

I just want to point out that if you're between 10 and 15 your body is still growing so don't do any crazy diets--you need the right vitamins to grow well.

You're not going to like this answer, but diet and exercise. Diet does not mean eatting only bits of food, it means eatting lots of healthy food. Vegetables, fruit, and unprocessed foods are the best. Exercise doesn't have to be hard, it just means getting your muscles moving. Walk around the block. Climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator. That sort of thing will help you build good habits.

Whatever you do, take it slow and don't give up if you can't see changes right away.

How tall are you? You really should go easy on yourself. When I was 13, I weighed 120 lbs. When I was 15, I weighed 120 lbs but was 7 inches taller. Give yourself time to mature. You are at an awkward age and size as are most boys and girls your age. Don't worry. Eat smart, stay active and stop worrying so much. Your body is just growing. Concentrate on what is going on inside, not outside. Your body will change dramatically in the next couple of years. "Don't sweat the small stuff."

Okay, well there is a big difference between age 10 and 15, in terms of what you can weight and be healthy. And your height would be helpful too! HTH.

if you are 10 weighing 115, that is a problem and you need to lose weight but if you are 14,15 at 115, that weight is fine and you don't need to lose any weight. what you need to do is go to the doctor and see where you need to be for your height and weight. that should determine whether or not you need to lose weight.

just eat right, stay away from junk food :( , and excercise regularly you will drop some pounds sooner or later. its much more healthy than going on one of those crazy diets some ppl go on. :)

How tall are you? if you are over 4'11 that's like under weight. You shouldn't be asking how to loose weight, you should be asking how to gain weight.
