They have the power to declare war....not Bush like he claims. They have the power to make laws, the power of impeachment. They control the purse strings.

the power to write bad low and wast your money. and set back
and blame the president.and other people for misstate .it to many
of them.they all get by with out take responsibly thay are the only
one thet can start war or stop them .the president can only
carry out the low thay pass.
