Sometimes, you just can't beat around the bush. You need to just tell the person, just what you asked---STOP TALKING ALL THE TIME AND LISTEN TO WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING. You answered, your own question.

Say, "Stop talking all the time and learn how to listen to what others are saying." No, drop it subtlety. Ask him or her to listen to the whole story before putting in his/her own two cents. If they are able to be a listener, they will understand.

by standing right in front of them and shouting the wording of ur question starting from the word stop at the person and adding a few choise phrases maby

That is easy.........just allow her/him talk on and on and on and don't say a word at all. Look elsewhere and act disinterested. Why would you even want to be around a preson like that???
