You can use the windows calculator.
Set it to scientific view.
Then type in these numbers, then press F-E, I think.
It will show it as:
6.73e-4 (6.73 x 10^-4)
5.0e+4 (5 x 10^4)
3.01e-6 (3.01 x 10^-6)
