I went to go see this guy I like while he was at work and we were just talking and I kept repeating myself and stumbling over words and my hands were shaking the whole time and I feel so stupid! Do you think he noticed?

Don't know - but the real question isn't "Did he notice?", but rather "Does it make any difference if he did notice?" - Doubt he'd write you off as a complete idiot unless you actually are a complete idiot, and the fact that you care enough to ask means you probably aen't - just relax & try another day.

Yes he noticed and he was flattered by it. Also he, as well as the rest of us, learned that you are human. Of course you feel stupid. Now ask how many of us have done the same thing. Put my name down first. I was lucky. She put me out of my misery by asking, "Are you trying to ask me out? Because if you are the answer is yes." I felt both stupid and lucky.

yeah, i think he noticed. calm down a bit, i'm sure he might have taken it as a signal. you need to chill. just go with the flow when it comes to ya! you never what will happen next!

No. Guys are so oblivious most of the time. If he did notice and brings it up, just tell him you drank a lot of coffee. That's believable. He probably just thought it was cute anyway if he noticed. Don't sweat it.

Next time you see him, if he says anything that indicates he noticed, blame it on having drank too much coffee.
I'm sure he won't think badly of you if he did, but men don't seem to notice things like that too often.
