Try to take a 15-20 minute break ever hour or so. This should help you. When we play games or are on the computer we tend to strain our eyes a lot, and we tend to concentrate a lot, so by taking a break you give yourself an opportunity to rest. Just as long as you don't try to marry your desktop you should be OK.
