ive been going w/the light smokey eyes for a bit, but i want something new, cuter, hotter, that will even catch the attention of the guy that sits next to me in chemistry class =]

by the way, im asian so i have a tan/yellow tone and chinese eyes [not slites but i dont have double eye lids-its not much fun]

Go for the "ski bunny" look.
Use an "eye brightening stick"--an eyeliner that is white, silver or light blue (or some combo of those) to line your eyes. This REALLY makes your eyes stand out (that dark smokey look you had going on actually makes your eyes look smaller, however smoldering they may have been).
Use a light pink blush to make rosey circles on your cheeks, and a light pink gloss on your lips.
This look is so fresh and such a contrast to your previous look that the guys should definitely notice!

With your skin tone, I'd try some metallic colors on your eyes--that will really jazz them up. A bronze or gold shadow with green eyeliner. With all that color on your eyes, use a neutral brownish color with a touch of sheen for the lips.

I like to apply liquid eyeliner to the inside of my upper eyelashes to make them look very full, not above or below the lash line, inside of it. It gives a very natural appearance of fullness and you can barely tell you have eyeliner on.

Try a frosted lavendar eyeshadow and a soft pink lipstick or lip gloss.

Well, I have "double lidded asian" eyes and i love them, i'd rather have that than the "slits". Here are a variety of makeup ideas:
Classic:
- light lipgloss
- liquid cat's eye liner
- nude shadow
- bright blush
Flirty:
- contrasting colors of eyeliner on top and bottom lids
(ex. green eyeliner on top, blue eyeliner on bottom)
- barely-there lipgloss
Sexy:
- duo toned eyeshadow (ex. green/bronze, purple/dark green)
- lipbalm

you can never go wrong with a dark smoky eye, and pale pink lips. itll look hot trust me.
