I would prepare a business plan. It will help you understand the different aspects of your business - start up financing, marketing tactics, etc.
You will learn what is required by writing and refining the plan. It will also come in handy if you need to seek advice (SCORE-Retired Executives evaluating business ideas for free via SBA program) or financing from your bank.

You can go to your local SBA center and get help from them in order to start up your own company. They will give you information on how to fund your company to how to do the day to day paperwork.

You could search eBay for turnkey web business. Maybe you'll find one that matches your existing plan. Then you can buy it, set it up, & promote it. Add some Google Adsense to your site...

find a location that you want to start your business..rent the store or office, building... go to city hall and get a business license, file a dba [county clerks office] the paperwork will tell you what you have to do...call telephone company and get phone service. move your business product, supplies and get it ready to open the business. [try to have at least six months ahead for expenses, rent, phone, labor, supplies, your salary and advertisement costs....
