Everyone has different reasons for breaking up with their boyfriend/girlfriend. What we may consider a good reason to break up with our mate, you may not consider it a good reason to break up with your mate. So your question is broad and does not provide enough information. But since you asked a broad question, I would say if the guy has abused the girlfriend (physically, mentally, verbally etc.) then that is grounds for terminating the relationship. Or if he's cheating on the girl then that's another reason.

You dont you'll both realize that its a good time to end when you feel you both grow apart other wise just go with it but if you feel like there is no reason for you to be with him than thats the choice you are gonna have to make on your own.

When he turned to be someone else...I mean he doesn't a same person..He changed his attitude..he become annoying...and the most important thing is I feel sick whenever I be with him...So this the correct time to end our relationship!!!No point to be with him anymore if you don't have any feeling with him..Just say GOOD BYE..Thats enough...!!!

If you are asking a question like this one you have already answered it for yourself. It sounds like you are ready to call it quits, so what are you waiting for? You don't need anyone's permission to get out of situation that you don't want to be involved with. Life is too short to waste.

If it's really bad, when the sound of his voice makes you flinch, and the idea of actually being around him makes you think about working overtime, or studying more.
