I have it. I use it 24/7. I have it on a portable USB thumb drive, so whenever I go to a friends house, I have all my bookmarks and settings saved, so I don't have to use Internet Exploder.
If any of you are interested in Portable Firefox, you can get it here: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable

Yes, I use Firefox, and I've noticed that it's faster too. I know that Firefox is built using Open Source standards where Internet Explorer is very proprietary to Microsoft, and probably contains a bunch of code that slows it down.

Yeah I use mozilla firefox. I think it has to do with the cache used for temporary internet files for MSN IE. If you delete it every so often then you might notice the change in speed.
I think with firefox you setup to clear all your caches and your cookies once you exit.

I haven't seen my PC speed up, but I have enjoyed internet performance of this browser. It crashes far less often than IE. I prefer the Avant browser which allows you to have multiple webpages open while only having one version of the browser. Each of the pages appear on another tab. It also has a great pop-up blocker and it rarely crashes. It's available here: http://www.avantbrowser.com/

10% of the internet's users use Firefox. The differences are caused by the way Firefox handles HTML files (FF does it the RIGHT way, IE just stumbles around drunk and slaps the page together).
FF also uses less RAM and CPU power than IE.

I use Mozilla plus the adblock extension to cut down the images downloaded since I'm on a dial-up connection. Mozilla rocks....

I have it. I prefer it over IE6 generally, but there are some things, like downloading my bank statement which Firefox corrupts, that I still use IE6 for.
