I called my soon to be ex-husband on his cell phone and he answered and told me he was having*** at that moment. If I was that other woman I would have got up and left right then. Why would you have the phone at that moment? Why would you not turn it off?

I would have to agree with everyone else here. He probably was alone and was lying to hurt you.
But, there is one more possibility (although not very likely) I once knew a man that liked to answer the phone during an intimate moment. It turned him on in a really strange way. That is one of the reasons why he is in the past.

Because he wanted to hurt you, and you went for it. Let him call you, and bite your nails off before you call him again. Men can be very nasty during a divorce, especially if he was not the one that wanted it. But, so what, at least you are getting rid of him, and just move on. Nothing is usually very nice about a divorce. Did he have caller ID, well then that answers that, if he does.

My motto is business first. Listen, sex is great but the phone call could have been a very good stock tip or even the latest weather bulletin. I would answer the phone during sex, and more importanty during sex because I would want the caller to know I was enjoying myself and that I am a self-less human being.

Personally,i wouldn't have bothered calling him-the least contact i have with him the better-let the lawyers do the talking.Why bother calling.There are many reasons why he could have left his cell on,and,contrary to what most people answered,it may not have been "just to hurt you"..........unless he knew you were liable to phone him of course--so stop phoning,you wont get hurt then...use a lawyer,simple really.

He did it to hurt you. He probably wanted you to know what he was doing. I had a friend whose ex did something similar to her - the other woman was in on it. Probably the same in your case as well. Don't try and understand why he or they did it. It is not worth your time. Just be thankful he is gone. He sounds like a child.

You ever think that maybe he just did it to hurt your feelings he knew it was you calling because even cell phones have caller ids so maybe he did it to be vindictive.
