Wow, that was quite a sentence!
If you are concerned over your treatment, talk to your parents about it. Ask them to set up a meeting with the three (or four) of you - your parent(s), your teacher, and you, and discuss what's going on and how you feel about it. Use lots of "I" messages. This means instead of saying "You are so mean when you talk about me and I know that you are!!!" say things like "I feel like I'm the subject when stupid people are discussed in the class. When you discuss this, I feel like I'm being stared at."
If your parents won't address the issue, talk to the school counselor about it.
If you feel like your papers are being lost on purpose, then talk to the teacher about getting on a receipt system. Have him sign a piece of paper saying that you turned in X assignment on X date each time you turn something in.
You should also look into getting a tutor and address why you are struggling in math. If a tutor helps you get through math better, then the teacher will not be able to make you feel stupid because you'll know that you are doing fine at it.
If it's an issue in all your subjects, someone needs to address either holding you back, giving you special assignments, or moving you to a class for kids with learning disabilities. It's nothing to be ashamed of and it doesn't mean that you are stupid, not by any means, but it allows more individual attention to your needs as a student and usually with a more sensitive teacher.
Good luck to you!

It's best not to make an enemy of your teachers. Think of it this way, you only have them for a short time. Learn how do deal with them because later on in life you will meet literally thousands of creeps out there bent on tripping you up.
Your teachers are providing valuable practice to you now.
As to your papers, always keep a photocopy or two in case the original goes missing.

Teachers talk to each other in the lounge and discuss how dumb you are in their classes. Science and Math teachers hang out together especially. If you are dumb in one class, most likely you are dumb in the other one. Your English teacher is probably talking about you also.
