ALL THE TIME, I am always almost getting run over by people who are apparantly blind!

I never see anyone running a red light, but that might be because I don't drive and I'm not paying attention most of the time. But in all the times I have paid attention, I've never seen a red light run.
As for turning when the arrow isn't green, all the time. Of course, right turn on red is legal in New Hampshire...

Hell there are no traffic lights in my entire county. No traffic lights, no radio stations, (yes we still get radio there is just nothing local) no newspapers and no four lane hi-ways. Out in the middle of God's country. But we got stuck with a State prison...odd...they can never seem to get enough employees...go figure....Morons

all the time. and they don't use the turn singles either. i like to follow them but never have time. sometimes. i run a light. but i always use my turn singles.
