I think it's the pot calling the kettle black.
Look at how people are treated in that country versus here.
Where would you rather live?
I think that is the only true test of what is good/bad.

He shouldn't have even been alowed to be there if to only knock our president. No matter how we feel about how Bush has handled things . We as Americans should defend our American leader because it slams all of us not just Bush. He put us down in fromt of the whole world and he himself is a pig.
What is up with that? Why would Americans not be upset of slander against us . That is the way it is to the rest of the world.
Not just towards Bush.
Wait and see. If a hurricane wipes his country out. He will come whining to us. Not Castrol. There is a lot of two-faced countries out there. Just wish we would stick up for America more.
We still are the best nation in the world. Everyone seems to want to come here but they hate us. What a joke on us for allowing it.

Chavez is a scumbag.

He has no right to call our President the "devil".

I'm a Democrat, and I may not like George Bush at certain times, but Chavez was way out of line.

I wouldn't be surprised if he walked in the streets of New York today, and someone shot him.

I'd be quite pleased if the murdering scumbag known as Chavez were dead.

What did you expect from the Venezuelan. His hero is Castro As for the President calling people traitors, I have not heard him say that. I heard the Vice President say that but who listens to him. I have heard Democrates call Bush Hitler ( Howard Dean). So I guess it is all right to give the enemy hope by berating the commander & chief but it is wrong to question ones loyaties. Both are wrong.

I am not a big fan of Dubya, but let's be honest: Hugo Chavez isn't exactly the model of diplomacy and tact himself. He has made it clear that he dislikes the U.S. on numerous occasions prior to this (he went to Cuba to hang with Castro, a known U.S. enemy, when he was recovering from surgery). Chavez isn't alone among political leaders decrying Bush's actions in the middle east, but he needs to be aware that it is making him appear less legitimate as a political leader when he resorts to these types of comments. The West generally rolls their eyes at those heads-of-state who speak with such hyperbole and vitriol. If Chavez really wanted to retain credibility, he should probably reign in his temper, check his words, and hire a decent public relations team to help him reshape his image (please regard the last bit as being slightly sarcastic). Cheers!

I'm no supporter of Chavez, but this time I say: Right on, Hugo!
Did you see how many people applauded him? And what's this sh+t about Rangel ( 'No foreigner has the right to critcise MY President in MY country?' Well, please get YOUR President to stop sticking his nose into things that don't concern him!) and Pelosi ('He is a thug.' And Bush isn't?)

Chavez is a dumb nobody that climbed to the top on the backs of poor, ignorant people. And he's riding that wave just like Castro in Cuba. Both are big mouths with megalomaniac tendancies. Chavez is a joke and to make that kind of rhetoric only demonstrates that he's just a stupid clown. Mistakes happen and he certainly is one of them.

It is one thing for citizen's of our country to demonize each other, yet it is quite another for a 3rd world tyrant to attack us so viciously without reciprocation. I will never buy gas again from a Citgo, as it is fueled from oil coming from venezuala. I think people from both sides of the political aisle should stand together against outsiders sticking their noses in our business. I am sure everybody outside of our country is getting a good laugh at our expense seeing as half of the ammo the creep spewed from his mouth was borrowed from some half witted Democrat hacks inside of our own country. Makes me SICK!!!
