lets say
a set of male twins (daniel and henrik) hook up with a set of female twins (erica and nicole)
(both MZ twins)
so daniel with erica and henrik with nicole...
if both of these couples decide to mate and have babies of the same sex, then will their babies look the same?

They'll probably be similar, but who knows where those recessive genes will pop up.

Genetically, they will test as siblings rather than cousins though.

Probably similar, but not as close as identical twins...I guess they would look about as close as brother and sister because they have the same genetic package ( as all full brothers and sisters do) but that doesn't guarantee a look-a-like.

Not necessarily but it is possible to happen. I have a first cousin and my mother is her dad's sister. My dad is her mother's brother and we look alot alike but not exactly. She is taller than I by three inches but we are almost alike besides her hips are also larger by two inches as well.

They would look a lot alike, but...

My sister and I have the same exact parents and we are definitely not identical! I think it works the same way.

There's a good probability, since genes are inherited.
