The sex researcher Alfred Kinsey created a preference scale for this question. The scale goes from 0-7. 0=physically incapable of responding to the same sex, 7=physically incapable of responding to the opposite sex. He felt true 0s and 7s were extremely rare and that the overwhelming majority of people fell somewhere in between. 1-2=heterosexual, 3-4=bisexual, 5-6=homosexual. A lot of 2s and 5s consider themselves bi because they aren't 0s or 7s, but, by the Kinsey Scale, you can respond one way to a limited extent, but if there is a clear preference the other way then you are not truly bi. Like any form of sexuality, it's how you are born, not a choice to be made. I've had satisfying monogamous relationships, both long and short term, with both men and women. When I finally found the right person I settled down. The gender of that person was not an issue. Why is that the gays who scream about intolerance from straights then turn around act the exact same same way toward bis? Has exxon10 become a role model for them?

My fiance and I are both bi, I'ma woman and he's a man. I do not fear him leaving me for a man. In fact, before we even became a couple and were just friends, I encouraged him to explore his bi side because I will not allow deception. I'm extremely open minded and upfront about what's acceptable or not. Because his experience before me was limited, I wanted him to know within himself that he preferred women verses men or vice versa. I know full well he'd never leave a woman for a man because he's not attracted to men at all. He's attracted to women. He just appreciates a certain aspect of guy/guy sex and he'll only get with a guy while pus*y is present. I've actually heard him say that once you add a woman to the equation, it's altogether better.

Now, in the future if he ever decided that he preferred men over women, our connection is honest enough where he'd tell me as soon as he began feeling that way. I don't think I'd ever be hit with it out of the blue. He's truly my best friend. We treat each other as a best friend would and we talk about everything.

It is possible to enjoy the physical part of sex without all the other associated, catagorized drama. I think the most important thing is being absolutely honest and being able to be adult enough to handle the honesty when it comes.

If the bi-man is perfectly bisexual, he will like women just as much as men and vice versa.
It the bi-man leans towards the gay, then he will probably prefer men but will still have the possibility of loving a woman.
It goes the other way too. A bi man might in general prefer women to men, but in the general way of things might fall for a man.
Being bi is not really a choice, you are like that or you aren't. The intolerant gay who wrote that bis are selfish doesn't know what he's talking about it. In fact he's indulging in some of the reverse prejudice politics typical of some strident gays. In fact he may be a closet bi.
Being bi is not easy. It basically means that you can never be entirely satisfied with one partner ...
In our society of serial monogamy that's not a happy situation for a bi.

Hello last poster how do you what sex Angels are? Been looking up their skirts?

For a start, I'm bi-sexual and I have never had any relationship with another man/boy.
Why it happens otherwise with other men could be : (a) there is the fear to ask for a female partner. Maybe fear of rejection. (b) Maybe ther is a female partner/wife but no satisfaction from her. Or she could be abussive/male dominant. (c) Maybe could not satisfy the female partner and is finding another option to avoid feelings of inferiority. (d) BAD/WRONG COMPANY (e) BIBLICALLY.." in the LAST DAYS...would be like the days of SODOM AND GOMMORRAH . " The most outstanding sin of Sodom and Gommorrah is SODOMY!!!! Truthfully, sex between the same gender. Remember the story that ALL the MEN OF THE CITY were persistent in demanding the TWO MALE ( angels ) visitors for SEX. NOTE that they rejected the OFFER from LOT'S DAUGHTERS !!!! Is'nt GOD'S WORD ( BIBLE ) TRUTH that in the last days, such SIN would MULTIPLY ? Look at COUNTRIES lobbying for LEGALLITY in SAME-SEX-MARRIAGES ? Isn't this an eye opener ? God only appeals ( not demands ) for your odedience to do the right . John 3:16.. For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son Jesus that WHOSOEVER B E L I E V E T H SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE . You have to BELIEVE and be saved . GOD BLESS !!!!!!!

Just because a man is bi doesn't mean that he prefers men over women. It means that he likes them both. Some like men more then women, some like women more then men.

well some people like different things..if we all were straight then we would not have a part of individuality. Just because someone is gay doesn't mean they are outcasts or not human..it just means they have different preferences. I mean i could pose you the same question..what makes you like men better than women
