Try rebooting Windows. Try checking for spyware with ad-aware and spybot.
Internet Explorer is the worstbrowser out there. The only reason anyone uses it is because it comes with windows already. Why not try FireFox - it's free, it's better, it's more stable etc. etc.

This could indicate either a major or minor problem.
You might need more memory, bigger ram.
Or , sounds like you might need to have it reformatted. IF, you know enough about your computor, you could try restoring the system to an earlier date in history. This might help but either way I think you should take it to the store.

I'm having the exact same problem. I thought it was just my computer, like a virus or something, but it was working fine a few hours ago.
I wonder what's going on and I'm hoping it isn't a virus and something the IE will fix.
Sorry I can't help you, but if you find out what's going on, please let me know.
(That seems so selfish, but I don't mean to be... sorry.. :/)

First, reboot to safe mode, run your antivirus software.
Second, run an antispyware program, like Windows Defender (or Ewido, free from http://free.grisoft.com)
After that, if IE still doesn't work, follow the instructions here.
