Congratulations. You're human. I had them so badly in my early to mid 20s people thought I had a serious skin condition. I am in my mid 30s and still have occasional spots.
Leaving the teen years does not guarantee that infamous spots are in your past. It's a struggle that leaves gradually over time and the time is different for each person.
The one thing that I had the most success with for healthy-looking skin is to apply vitamin E oil on my face before bed and then washing it off in the morning.
I also take vitamin E supplements to clear body pimples. I must add that vitamin E supplements should not be taken on an empty stomach or you could get nauseous.

You really need to wash your face a couple times a day and keep those hands away from your face. Stay away from make-up for a little while too. Find a good moisturizer that doesn't add oil to the skin, or one that won't dry your skin out either. If this doesn't work then go to a dermatologist or try proactive, it does work.

Acne can persist well into adulthood in many people - you should see a professional dermatologist.
