What ways outside of the physical side of your marriage has your spouse made you feel special, for no other reason than that they loved you, and wanted to make sure you felt that love? Please, no vulgar answers, only clean answers please, and please stay away from the physical, you can talk holding hands or a tickle or something, but I'd rather leave the intimate side out and show how they can be made special even in public. He stops where ever we are, in the mall or on a walk or at home - and he bends down and ties my shoes if they are untied. I don't know why but this is so touching to me. We've been married 18 yrs - he's done this since we started dating.

When I was going to meet him in California to meet a lot of his extended family and travel up and down the coast from San Diego to San Francisco, he went shopping and bought me the most gorgeous outfit from head to toe. He wanted me to wear it on the plane and when I got off. We were not even engaged at the time, but we knew. Everything was perfect as he has excellent taste.
When he was actually my SPOUSE... whenever I go out of town without him and come back he has purchased a new piece of furniture for me/us and rearranged the house a little. So sweet. This time it was beautiful antique black vanity/desk, upon which I am typing on my laptop.

When I was working out, I am now self employed my wife use to put notes EVERY day in my lunch box telling me that she loved me. She new how much I hated my job and that I was only working there to support our family. She NEVER missed a day. Sometimes she would just draw hearts on a napkin other times it would be telling me how much she loved me. Always made my day *S*

This happened before my husband and I got engaged. One day I came to see him at his house and he came to the gate to greet me. He than walked behind me and right before we reached the patio, he went down on the ground and kissed the ground I was walking on. He said that he loved me so much and he is kissing the ground I am walking on. And this a TRUE story.This is my special guy.

It would not do something specific yet he treats me with recognize and listens once I talk. meaning lots extra to me than procuring me presents like plant existence, and so on. Oh and as i like chocolate, he will ask your self me with my customary chocolate bar in specific situations!

When she finally trusted me to drive her(our) new truck granted i pay for it and it is used to move her (our)horses to shows. now that the truck is a year old i can drive it that make me feel special
