Think about it. It comes down to courage. Nobody is a true centrist but everyone claims to be. They want to sound level headed and safe. Yuppies are safe. Car seats for babies are safe. Helmets are safe. Playing the nickel slots are usually safe. Non-alcoholic beer is safe. And all of them are boring. Screw safe. Live a little. Make people think you are a nut. And do it with your vote. You might actually see some change in the U.S.

I voted Green Party in the last two presidential elections, as well as the last two Gubernatorial elections (we've had a few, recently, here in CA).

I don't necessarily believe in all that the Green Party stands for, but the other options were simply not acceptable.

Not me... I haven't seen a viable 3rd party that I agree with more than the main 2. Libertarians come close, but no cigar. If one comes along I'll consider voting with them.

Fine, waste your vote!

When they can get on 50 State's Ballots and can get enough votes to qualify for federal election money, I might! Until then, they have NO CHANCE AT ALL! Why would I want to vote for them? My vote given to them is the same as giving a vote to the Republicans, which I will not do!

My experience with 3rd parties is they all have an agenda, generally one with which I do not agree!

Its impossible to understand who the third party is - based on both your question and the current answers. Do you mean that you actually have a third party?

most people figure a third party vote is a wasted vote, since the third party never wins, so better to use your vote toward better of two evils.
