You should be able to set specific network IP's for computer's using their MAC address in the AirPort settings. I can't confirm this though -- everything in my house is Apple except the router..

What is the lease duration for your DHCP? It could be too short. Do your Mac's have static IPs, while the PC's are dynamic? Did you set up lease reservations? Without reserving a specific IP address for each NIC, they will often change using DHCP. With reservations, they will always renew with the same IP.
