i got the next ones up from the bottom (so now i have 2 on each ear) on Saturday the 16. and they are all swelled up and real sore, I took them out, and poured rubbing alcohol to clean them up and them put them back in. is there anything else i can do to ease the pain and reduce the swelling?

turn them reguarly...and they are for sensitive ears,..i got them at a very high- priced jewlery store.

antibiotic ointment and maybe orajel to numb the feeling.

you may be allergic to the earrings or If you have your hair down it may be hooked in behind the earring. It also could be too tight. It should not be real tight. Have your mom look at it. Also I am hoping you went to a piercing place that was clean and sterile. Never let a "friend" do it. Try using Neosporin or an off brand ointment. Good Luck.

Are they made out of real gold or are they made of somthing else or just gold plated?I had the same problem,an allergic reaction to the metal.I don't have any problems now.If you like the silver color try white gold.

well turn the earrings in a complete circle a couple times and dab the alcohol around the earring in the hole :)

well i wouldnt of took then out. i got those holes pierced and it did the same thing.. i put proxide on it and losined the backs of the earrings. i cleaned them everyday and night.
