What facial hair or none do WOMEN prefer? Every person has their own preference, and it runs the gamut from shaved bald (connotes cleanliness, innocence, etc), to shaped (I've done a partner so her pubic hair was in the shape of a heart, sometimes a landing strip or arrow), to trimmed (kept short but not totally removed from any area, to full.
Each of the above has their own plusses and minuses, and if you ask ten men, you'll get some variation of ten answers.
If you're looking for advice or a recommendation, try them all out and see what *YOU* prefer. You can always change, and even if bald it will grow out (careful of itching!), and your partner might enjoy the variation.
If you decide to do something other than au natural, consider letthing him help (subject to his manual dexterity). I know some women who love the assistance and it can be a bonding experience (funny and sensual). Other women won't let a man anywhere near her hoo-hoo with a sharp object.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

my boyfriend likes it shaved. But I must tell you.. if you do this use a single blade razor and mild soap like dove. DO NOT use shaving cream.. if you do you have a good chance on getting a yeast infection.

shaved, it shows you are clean hygienically conscious with no residues of others stuck in there
