i read a survey about teens girls who virgins listen to sexal raps songs/ rock-n-roll sex songs gave up theirs virginity after a year because of listen to those type of songs im a Christian and i now thats true Please parents be careful

There's a lot of good Christian music out there, especially online. If more teens can check out music that doesn't have trashy lyrics and in fact glorifies the Lord, the switch will be worth it. Check out the links below.

Not to disrespect you or anything but I listen to some songs that some people are really surprised that I listen to, cause I'm nothing like the music I listen to. And I've been listening to this type of music for almost 5 years now and it hasnt changed the way I act or anything like that. And I'm a Christian too. But I dont think it has to do with just the music.

I agree, but to a certain extent. I feel that, as a parent, it is your reponsibility to talk to your children and explain to them the consequences of sex. I think most of them do it because they are simply not informed enough and think that it is not that big a deal. I think that it is the friends that they hang out with. My friends use to pressure me on why I haven't done it. When your kids have a strong sense of who they are, they won't want to jeboardize that. My mother used to tell me all the time that when I am ready that I can come to her and she will explain to me what I can do to protect myself and it kind of made me not want to do it. I knew that I could tell her. Parents just need to be very open with their kids, that is what saved me and I waited until I was married!

Dude I'm let's just say I gave it up but not because of music cuz I love rock and especially industrial like Marilyn Manson is my idle (and my friends love him too) but that was before I even knew about him I hate it when Christians slander my music.
