yes we are open to experimentation is correct because the act of experimenting will be carried out by the firm on the other hand "we are open for experimenting" is stating that an experiment can be done on the firm etc.

We are open to experimenting means, we are open to doing experiments.
In the first case we is the object. In the second case we is the subject.
