He called an Indian man "macaca" which translates into monkey, He has a confederate flag and a NOOSE hanging in his office, the symbplism is obvious. Of cource he's a racist.

I'll bet you 10000 dollars you cannot name one person who is not genuinely racist who is not of the likes of Gandhi (even though he wasn't such a saint either..).
