I just took a home pregnancy test, and I thought it was negative, until my friend point out, that the other mark was there, but very faint. So, we did some research on faint positives and everything is saying that it still is a positive. I want some other opinions!

with my son the test came up with one strong line and one very faint line which is positive. i was only 4 weeks pregnant.
if any sort of second line is visible then it's a positive. it wouldnt come up at all if u weren't.
u should go to your doctor and let them know, they will do another test to verify it for them selves.
so good luck sweety, i think u are pregnant.

Wait a couple of days and re-take, that happen to me, I took a test and one of the line were faint. if you read your paper work inside of the test they consider that a positive test, but they also tell you too wait a few days a take again, if that happens again go to the doctor. Good Luck~~~

I took at test an it had a faint line. So I waited a week and took it again and it said yes. So I would say that is a yes

Sounds like your pregnant.... i got that when i took my pregnancy test so i was confused but i called the 1-800 number on the box and they told me it was positive, i was doubting though, but i went to doctor and yes i'm pregnant, so im pretty sure you got a positive result, but the best thing to do is go to the doctor... was the positive line before the 10 minute time frame. the test is not valid after 10 minutes. but if it showed up in 3 minutes or less then you probably are pregnant , but just in case buy 2 more tests and do them separately. that would be the best choice for you.

A positive is a positive.
Pregnancy tests detect a pregnancy growth hormone in your urine. If you aren't pregnant, you don't have the hormone. If you don't have that hormone, the other like doesn't show up.
Test again first thing in the morning, don't drink anything before you go to bed.

Its very difficult to say, if you're early, have you missed your cycle? Was the test done correct (there is a wrong way? I would wait a week or so then retake the test (at a physicians office). To be for sure, have lab work done also.

i would say that it is a yes. even if the line is faint it is still positive. go to your doctor just to make sure.

If you're a faint posititve then it would be best if you go to the clinic and get it professionally checked out
