When you are a slave, you already lost your freedom to almost everything. A slave cannot exercise the rights anymore and enjoy life normally.

Well lets see when your forced to work for a master with no pay, mostly poor conditions then those people aren’t exactly free are they.
I took American History and yes they did teach that some Africans were sold to the white man by other African people of their own tribes sometimes some had been kidnapped by a different tribe. It was all about the money or guns that the white man provided. Anyonewho has seen Roots would know this.
That goes into the big reason why the white men choose to use Africans as Slaves and not Natives that were already there. It’s the fact that the Natives knew their land, just as the Africans new their land so it was easier to get them by people who also knew the land. It was easier to enslave them in a land that was new to them and that they did not know

if you are asking how Africans became slaves to the Whites durring the founding of the british colonies in America around 200 years ago.
they were sold to white slave traders by other african tribes for the most part.
much of africa was still tribal, and headhunting, and cannabilism were popular. the crew of a white slave ship would have had no chance in the bush and jungles of africa.
i am not saying that some were not taken this way, but most were sold by stronger tribes.

They were usually sold by their own tribes to Arab slave traders
who took them to holding pens called "Barracoons" or Barracks often run by Portuguese slave traders on the coast..
It is from the Portuguese "Barracoon" slave holding pens that the slang slave name of "coons" originated...
Answer being that they were sold into slavery by their own people or a neighboring tribe that captured them in a raid...
Slave trade continues to exist in Africa even to this very day...

Listen, you're not gonna find that answer here.
Get a history book & I'm not trying to be rude here but you should read it yourself.
Don't listen to any rubbish about "tribes" or "tribal warfare".
Igbo Kwenu! & Have a nice day.

By having other Africans sell them out to the slave traders. It wasn't the white man that sold all the slaves, it was their own people as well. Betcha they don't teach you that in most history classes, huh?

By being sold by the leaders of their tribe's, and also by being captured by neighboring tribes and being sold into the slave markets. I also think that slavery is wrong.
