Well, there is this really cute guy at school, his name is Mike. In third grade we were really good friends, just friends. Now I don't know what to do becasue we are and were in different classes for a lon time. I don't think he knows me anymore.

My answer is that he probably remember you, but probably doesn't want to be seen talking to espeacilly if his friends are around him or they think you are a looser or something, but if he is letting them put that in his head then he is not very bright is he?
My suggestion would be if he is nice and not listening to bad people talk about you and judge you. and you might think he would like to talk to you now, but if he isn't sorry he is going to go with cute stuck up girls that don't have goods since in there head but their weight or what they look like. I'm not saying you're ugly. We all no how cute guys get sometimes. Show him that you are better than the girls he regularly looks at. If you are a good person don't turn bad and mean to get the spotlight. Sometimes thats the problem. If he still know you he should say something to you.

this is such a great excuse to talk to him!! look at him one day and act surprised and say "hey! i know you from somewhere.." if he remembers you then he'll say "ya, you were in my third grade class, right?" and you can be like "ohh ya!!" then talk to him about funny stuff that happened that year or about the teacher or even about kids who were in ur class. if he doesnt remember then just lead him into remebering like "what school did you go to for elementary? maybe thats where i know you from".
i hope it works for you!! plus- you have such an advantage if you guys used to be good friends!

Well this has happened to me to, i had a friend that was a boy and then in 6th grade we got separated and we were not in same classes and i really wanted to be his friend and talk to him one day i go up to him and say hey whats up and he goes yeah i know you and we start talking like we known each other for ever.
Maybe you should try talking to him or at least say hi and maybe he will notice you. and maybe ask you out?

Why can't you just tell him you remember when you were both in the same grade at the same school, etc. It might be all you need to do to get him interested. His memory might need a nudge.

Only true way to find out if he remembers you is to just talk to him. Say hi to him one day and use his name. If he says hi back and uses your name, then he remembers you. If he kinda freezes he may not remember your name but your face, if it looks like he's searching for your name, help him out and tell him who you are.

TELL HIM THAT YOU SAW HIM AND REMEMBERED BEING IN 3RD GRADE TOGETHER. THAT WILL PROBABLY START UP A CONVERSATION.
