No, there are laws in place that specifically ALLOW the NSA to wiretap.

Ther are NO laws in place that all the IRS or, unfortunately, Immigration.

Stop worrying about wiretaps, and if you ARE worried about it, let us have your address too, so we can arrest you for the wrong you're likely doing.
