I buy my nitrogen from my local refrigeration supply and HVAC supply outlets.

If you are trying to green up grass, I would not use that. Get a more even mix, like 10-10-10, or if you need a starter fertilizer, you can find them with higher N or other numbers.

Nitrogen, if it is put down too heavy, will burn spots in your grass.

That is a fertilizer. Home Depot sells it in 10 lb bags.
