They returned to normal after the first baby, but the second, alas, proved too much and gravity took it's toll.

You can always work out after pregnancy and bring them back to normal size. But if you are concerned about gravity- the heavier they are the more likely they will go south. I have a friend (didn't get pregnant) but gained a lot of weight- she went up to a DD and heavy all around- She was never heavy before in her life and at a point dieted. She needed fancy supporting bras... etc.. but then after loosing all the weight she was back to simple bras and size B. It is possible without surgery- but I think it depends on how long your breast are large and the condition of your breasts after wards. I would not worry too much right now and after you have your baby- your baby should come first - but later after breast feeding you may want to get in shape at a gym and keep your body in shape. But do what you think it best for you body and mind and don't worry too much.

They were the same after my first (well with a few white stretch marks which are hard to see) but after my secound gravity reared its ugly head. Its not noticable to other people but they arent in the same place they were 25 months ago before I got pregnant with my son.

No they wont ever be the same. This is a hard fact but pregnancy changes breast forever. They get bigger with pregnancy and breast feeding, then they deflate like old helium ballions. Its worth it though, my crappy breasts are a badge of honor. And anyway they are not that crappy they served a good purpose to feed my baby.

You know with my first child my breast got much bigger and after giving birth they stayed the same.
I just recently gave birth to my second child and I find them to be back to normal. Not much difference. But then again it has only been like seven days...

Mine look exactly the same as before I had my daughter. I breast fed for 8 months and gravity didn't do anything to me. Hope that works for you too!

Your breasts change because of pregnancy, not because of breastfeeding. Keep them supported. Do breastfeed, even if you don't breastfeed your breast will (sadly) never be the same as pre-preg. However they will get much more sensitive to touch after you have finished breastfeeding, wonderful!
Breasts sag with age, gravity, pregnancy, not breastfeeding. BTW I have fed seven babies exclusively!

Well it depends on you and your body,if you nurse or not. I breast fed two hungry boys and alas they are bigger yes {up from a 38b to a 36c} But they not longer solute the sun they way the used to if you get my drift. The best thing I can suggest is to get and wear a good supportive bra, moisturize daily and pray!

I didn't breast feed... But mine didn't show a drastic difference after my first child. They were just less firm, they seemed more dense. Then after my second child I noticed the gravity affect.

I'm not sure how it works if you don't breastfeed, but I breastfed for 10 months, and gravity got the best of them afterwards! I don't mind so bad, though, my baby is definitely worth it!
