if I remember correctly, that would be 1 4/7

remember that 7/7 is the same as 1
makes sense, 2 halves is a whole
3 thirds is a whole 1
7 sevenths is also 1

if you start with 11 sevenths
and you take out 7 of the sevenths to be the 1, then you have 4 sevenths left

of 1 and 4/7
