If you have a dutch passport you have the dutch nationality.

unless this is some very rare passport for non-Dutch citizens that I don't think exists, yes, you can only hold a passport of the country (or countries) you're actually a citizen of... So, hello, fellow Dutch person :)

If you only have a dutch pasport, the answer is yes. If you have more pasports, you have more nationalities....
Sounds strange but in Holland it was possible to keep your original nationality and have a dutch pasport. Now the rules have changed and you are not allowed to become dutch and keep your original pasport (nationality)

If I have a passport to China, that wouldn't make me Chinese, I'm American! So NO to your question....unless of course you ARE Dutch

Not necessarily, but by dutch do you mean an Hollander, a German (deutch) a Belgian? Are you an american citizen living in another country, you need to be more explicit.

your nationality depends on the country of where you were born, unless you became naturalized in another country and gave up your original citizenship

not all i got british passports and it doesnt make my brititish it could mean your parents or some one close to you live there or born there

your nationality can be whatever country you are a part of(citizenship, birth)
