I wamt to find a good electric guitar that is on the 60-80 $$$ price range but its still has a good brand name that will last,

I want to find a good electric guitar that is on the 60-80 $$$ price range but its still has a good brand name that will last, & also where are the best places to buy them

Yeah, its gonna be near impossible to find a good guitar for any less than about 200 bucks. Sure you can buy one that will play, but the action, sound production, and especially the intonation are going to be pretty bad. The best bet is to just save up and buy something nice that will last. Fender's Mexican-made stratocaster and telecaster are both great little guitars. Its like trying to learn how to drive a stick shift....would you rather learn on a 1987 Ford Ranger or a 2007 Honda Civic?

You're not going to find a good guitar for $80, unless somebody has a heck of a sale. You should expect to pay a bit more. Go check out Schecter guitars; they're reasonably priced and play great. Guitar Center sells them.

cheapest u can get that is good is around 100 to 200 bucks like squire, epiphone, silvertone
