I don't actually watch tv anymore, because my interest in whatever shows has dipped below my tolerance for commercials.
But, if I remember correctly, Sunday night is the big tv night, ratings-wise, so that might mean they've gained in popularity or that research showed that the Sunday night audience is favorable to those shows, or that the target demographic for the shows tends to watch tv on Sunday night.
I don't know about the ones they chucked.

Sunday night is really a vital timeslot, so in a way it is an honor to be moved there. I would look at it as finally society has realized the vital roles that African Americans have in our society.

okay 1st I would like to apologize for the white people acting dumb on here I think it is a good idea to put that show on Sunday night although that's when I am in church! Darn and do you not go to church maybe if it come on late enough like 9:00 or something! : ) God Bless & remember Jesus is why.
