Which is Sharper? Exacto or scalpel?

Which blade would be considered "sharper?" Could a surgeon use an exacto knife to cut in to a patient just as well as a scalpel?

Scalper is. I'm a graphic designer and I always prefer to use a scalper to cut or trim a finished project. Be very creful and change the blades every so often.

Fun fact: until stainless steel was invented a hundred years ago, the sharpest material was obsidian. Flint!

A Scalpel is WAAAAAAAAAAY sharper.
