Statistics have shown that IQ tests are naturally geared towards men,that's why they do better on them.

Most men have an ability of keeping their emotions out of an issue. When they make decisions their hearts have nothing to do with it. They tend to be competitive and aggressive. So if a new study claims they are smarter, I would term it to mean they are "smart men", extremely good con-artists or businessmen depending on how you look at it.
Most women have other ways of dealing with issues both personal and work wise, which I would not term as "smarter" but rather as "intelligence." We don't have two heads which confuse us therefore we are centered, balanced and controlled. We tend to choose the best out of two horrible options. So we make the best of our limitations or what we have available.

men make up more of the prison population, mental reatardation and behavioral problems in schools, and are shrinking as the top college graduates. If htey were smarter, they'd fix their issues.

"new study" = asking yahoo answers "who is smarter men or women?" mostly men answered because they are at home jobless
