Don't you hate it when you are on your period and you sit for an hour or more and when you finally stand up, you can feel the blood just pouring out?

yep and i'm on a really bad one now back ache lots of blood standing up is no worse for me that sitting down i run like a river

Have you tried tampons? That's what I use and I never get that feeling.
