Who's your service provider? Verizon doesn't allow direct USB/ bluetooth connection, so (for the Verizon model) you'd have to make them & the upload from a site like:

Yes buddy , its definitly Possible .

You can import Ringtones to yur Razor using Bluetooth or Using USB data cable.

Secondly , If you wanna Put MP3 ringtones in your phone , you will need to do some editing work first.

Razor don't supports all mp3 files. Only files having Bit rate upto 96 kbps can be played on razor.

Get mp3directcut to chop mp3s down to size and I use musicmatch to decrease the bit rate to 96kbps.

Here are the links :

If you still have any problem , then ask in detail.

I have had issues trying to transfer mp3 ringtones to my razor--because I think it only works with a very specific format of mp3 (sampling rate, etc), and I never figured out what that was. I eventually got a new phone (a Nokia), and I have no problems.

get Motorola Mobile Phone Tools and the mini cable. It will allow you to not only connect your phone to your computer and back up contacts, etc - it will allow you to upload your ring tones. Make sure you are using a short enough mp3 clip (you can clip it) and make SURE you are NOT using an iTunes or similarly downloaded mp3 - you want to use content from an original CD or ripped CD to avoid the DRM (Digital Rights Management) code line in the iTunes and others like realplayer that prevents it from being played on your phone.

If you have any mp3, wma, or wav files on your computer, you can use Phone Sherpa's ringtone maker to convert your music into a custom ringtone for your Motorola Razr V3:

They format it for your phone model then send it to you wirelessly. Its very easy to do. Phone Sherpa also has a wallpaper maker that formats any jpg or gif to your exact phone screen size.
