I've started using Dumbells a few weeks ago and I began to noticr that my shoulders became a little bit broader!!

I was wearing a strapless top the other day and my sister and a couple of friend also thught my shoulders became broader!!

Do you think It happened because I didn't use them correctly or Weights make shoulders broader?

If I stopped using them is there a possibility that my sholders get back to normal?

It's not exactly that the weights made your shoulders broader it is that the muscle is building and this is adding bulk. This will make them look like they are broader. Try doing more reps with less weight...this tones the muscle but does not build them up.

only if you stick 'em in your sleeves!

doubtful... your shoulders broadness is pretty much determined by your bone structure. what exercise are you doing?
