It depends upon who you are talking to. Some churches consider a fetus a baby at the moment of conception. Others, some scientists included, believe a fetus is a baby after the first trimester (hence abortion laws timetable).

That's sort of the problem with the abortion issue: it's all relative. Some people believe that the instant the egg is fertalized, it's a baby. Some people believe that until its born, and is living and breathing, it's just a fetus. I personally lean more towards the second view, so for me, i think a baby is when it's developed enough to live outside the mother. This usually occurs in the third trimester, or from months 6-9.

It depends on whether the couple want it or not! if they do then from day one it's a baby "Honey we're going to have a baby!" If they don't then I dunno 4-5 months? Whats the latest a person can have an abortion?
